TRAVELING BY CAR

Driving is the most popular way to get to Bristol Motor Speedway. There are both free and paid parking areas, with shuttles available from remote lots to the gates. To make your trip smoother:

• Plan your route using a GPS or navigation app
• Arrive early to avoid traffic and long queues
• Follow all signs and staff instructions for designated parking areas

Driving Directions:

• From Knoxville (1.5 hours, 110 miles): take I-40 E to I-81 N, then merge onto I-26 E toward Johnson City. Follow signs for US-11E S to the Speedway.
• From Asheville (1.5 hours, 85 miles): take I-26 W toward Johnson City, then follow US-11E S to the Speedway.
• From Charlotte (3 hours, 200 miles): take I-85 S to US-321 N toward Hickory, then join I-40 W. Continue to I-26 W toward Johnson City, then follow US-11E S.
• From Nashville (4.5 hours, 290 miles): take I-40 E to I-81 N, then merge onto I-26 E toward Johnson City and follow US-11E S to the Speedway.
